As a team captain you have the ability to choose from one of two fundraising levels:

$10,000: New teams with 50% or more new players are given a head start with our lowest fundraising minimum on their first year. New teams are welcome to attend Draft Night but will have their former hockey pro assigned to them for only one game over the course of the weekend.

$15,000 – $24,999: A former hockey pro will be randomly assigned to your team and you will play with them for 3 games

$25,000+: Draft your pick on stage at draft night and play with them for all three games!**

Each of these levels comes with its own benefits and VIP access. Please note: $500 is required for every participating player. A MINIMUM of $15K is required for your team to take to the ice. If you have not raised the minimum before the tournament cut-off date of April 30, 2026, your team will have to ride the bench this year.

*New teams are comprised of at least 50% new players.

Don’t have a team but still want to play and Stick it 2 Alzheimer’s? Then free-agency is your path.

Some of the most valuable players in the tournament were free agents at one point. Just raise the minimum of $1,000 as a free agent and we will place you on an existing team.

In order to participate you must raise the minimum before the tournament cut-off date of April 30, 2026.
